Interior Textile Care

Professional Extraction. Controlled Results.

Deep textile care for carpets, upholstery, and interior fabrics — performed with professional hot water extraction and a surface-first protocol.

Extraction is not “soaking.” It’s a controlled flush + immediate recovery, designed to reset fibers without overwetting or leaving residue behind.

Precision Process Clean Recovery

Hot Water Extraction

Controlled hot water flushes embedded soil and residues from within the textile structure — while immediate recovery pulls moisture back out of the fibers. The goal is a deep reset without overwetting.

Material-First Calibration

Every textile is assessed first. We tailor temperature, pressure, dwell, and passes to fiber type, weave, and construction — selecting technique for the material, not the other way around.

Residue-Free Finish

We avoid sticky shortcuts. The process is built to remove soil and recovery it cleanly — then refine the surface for a clean, neutral finish (no haze, no film).

Extraction is used where depth lives — carpets, upholstery, and interior textiles that hold embedded soil.

Where it performs best

  • Carpets & runners — traffic lanes, embedded soil, localized buildup.
  • Upholstery — high-touch zones, seat cushions, arms, and back panels.
  • Interior textiles — fabric panels, dining chairs, benches, and select fabric details (material assessment required).

The VARDA extraction protocol
We start with a textile assessment, then calibrate temperature, pressure, and recovery for the fiber. Hot water flushes embedded soil, and immediate recovery pulls moisture and residue back out — producing a deep reset without overwetting.
Material assessment
We evaluate fiber type, construction, and sensitivity. This determines safe temperature ranges, passes, and drying expectations. If a textile is not a fit for extraction, we will recommend an alternate approach.
Eco support (optional)
We follow a minimal-chemistry protocol. When needed, we may use eco-friendly support products for select textile issues — applied sparingly and chosen based on fiber compatibility.

Calibrated extraction. Clean recovery. Refined finish — the VARDA textile standard.
