Cleaning Services
Due to the nature of professional cleaning services, completed services are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Results may vary depending on the condition, age, wear, staining, previous treatments, and surface type.
Physical Products (Cleaning Cloths & Accessories)
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos.
