Precision steam care for deep buildup zones — grout lines, seams, edges, corners, joints, and tight gaps. High-temperature steam is applied with controlled pressure and distance, using a surface-first protocol that protects materials while breaking buildup at the source.

Deep Textile Care

Carpet and upholstery detailing performed with professional hot water extraction equipment (extractor). Controlled hot water and immediate recovery flush embedded soil and residues from within the textile structure — without overwetting or damage. Each surface is assessed to tailor temperature, pressure, and technique.

Engineered Microfiber Finish

Every service ends with VARDA microfiber — Just Water tools engineered for capillary action. They pull moisture and contaminants into the weave to refine surfaces without smearing and without leaving residue — defining the VARDA finish.

Hot water extraction (textiles)

Textiles are handled with professional hot water extraction equipment (extractor).
Controlled hot water flushes embedded soil, and immediate recovery pulls moisture and residues back out of the fibers.
We adjust temperature and technique based on fabric type and construction to avoid overwetting.

Eco support (optional)

We follow a minimal-chemistry protocol: steam + precision finishing.
For select cases (hard-water residue / mineral buildup), we may apply eco-friendly support products — used sparingly and chosen per surface.

Every service ends with VARDA microfiber — precision Just Water tools engineered to work with water alone.
The fiber structure is designed for capillary action: it pulls moisture and contaminants into the weave, refining surfaces without smearing and without leaving residue.
