We design our products to last — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
  • Used or damaged products are not eligible unless faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us before sending your item back — we’ll guide you through the process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@varda-us.com. We’ll resolve it quickly and cover any replacement costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items cannot be refunded.
